An introduction to the Seven Systems of Health by Food & Spirit™, a whole health map connecting all aspects of ourselves with our health. This produces a balanced, holistic approach with many therapeutic options to choose from when wanting to work on your health. When parts of ourselves are left behind, we can get stuck or the neglectful omission can sabotage our efforts to heal and move forward whether physically or otherwise.

Attendees will leave with an understanding of how our health is a web connecting the different facets of ourselves and decide on whether they are interested in further attending a FREE series diving into each of those aspects.
